Our Support & Training Services
A first rate and comprehensive support service is essential when you are developing and maintaining your web site. We know that when you have set aside time to work on your site you might need real-time assistance, which is why we aim to offer immediate support by telephone or email. We do not have a call queuing system and we do not schedule call backs for our convenience.
Our normal support service includes:
- Domain and email support
- Web site maintenance assistance
- General technical advice for provided services
- Advice on additional enhancements and modifications
Our promotion packages also offer additional monthly support time which can include design and programming hours as required.
This time can be used for:
- Web site maintenance on static site areas (image and text changes)
- Image assistance with dynamic areas
- Complex layouts within dynamic areas
- Minor adjustments to any part of the site
- Advanced technical support for complex issues
- Promotion support and advice
Any additional requirements can either by invoiced monthly by timesheet or the difference quoted and booked in as a separate project.
We also offer bespoke in-house training for any related services to ensure that individuals are trained in an operational environment.
